What Is The Illuminati and What Do They Want?
That is the big question when it comes to this fascinating and complex topic that has conspiracy theorists hungry for the truth.
Will we ever get the truth? That I don’t think so, however, we can enlighten our minds with some facts and theories about who the Illuminati are, and what they ultimately want.
Different theories, conspiracies, and rumors have been talked about and written about the Illuminati (enlightened) for decades, and certainly isn’t a new concept. But the mystery is what is the Illuminati and what do they want? Or could this be some twisted conspiracy theory?
I first found out about the Illuminati some years ago when I was going through an “awakening” period in my life, and I was like “holy shit” could the stories I had been reading about blood sacrifices, reptilian lizards, underground tunnels, symbols, and corrupt cult leaders that want to dominate the world be real?
Admittedly I let my fascination with this topic consume me down a yellow brick road of extensive research that transported me into a labyrinth of twists and turns that went deeper than I could imagine.
At the time, I thought that finding the truth on this topic really mattered as it seemed to have so much influence on humankind that a lot of people weren’t aware of. The many stories and research I consumed seemed straight out of a science fiction movie that no one could make up, let alone believe to be true.
There are many questions to ask regarding the Illuminati, so this article seeks to address some burning questions. Ultimately, however, to communicate my findings on this deep topic in its entirety would take up many books and in this article, we will touch on a few main points.

Who Are The People In The Illuminati?
The Illuminati are an elite and powerful organization made up of several secret societies that involve world leaders, authority figures, and celebrity influencers. One of the richest families that are allegedly involved is the Rockefellers.
They are known to secretly control affairs around the entire world by brainwashing people through the news media, advertising, entertainment industry, and other unknown means.
This organization is well guarded and it’s not an individual’s place to know much about them for safety purposes.
David Icke the well-known conspiracy theorist even goes further and implies that the real force behind “the secret curtain” could be supernatural forces that are in collaboration with certain influencers of the world.
Regardless, this organization has existed since the dawn of time. I will enlighten you more on who they are what they want as you read on.
When Did The Illuminati Come Into Being?
It is rumored that the Illuminati movement stated in the year 1776 by a man named Adam Weishaupt, a Bavarian professor at the University of Ingolstadt. He was a law professor with an honor of Professor of Natural and Canon Law. He sought an alternative to the Freemasons (another secret society) whom he had different views from. He felt that the Freemason’s view of the world was dogmatic. Therefore, he set to enlighten the world through his liberal views.
After Weishaupt founded the group, his academic credentials were revoked and he was also banished from the country because secret societies were outlawed. This was because the greater political power was then in the hands of the Freemasons. After this setback, he moved to Germany. There, he was better received and proceeded to form the society with his philosophy.
Mission Statement Of The Illuminati (Weishaupt vs. Today)
Weishaupt founded the Illuminati with noble intentions where the mission statement was thus: “by the mutual assistance of its members to attain the highest possible degree of morality and virtue and to lay the foundation for the reformation of the world by the association of good men to oppose the progress of moral evils”
Today, its mission statement goes thus: “to secure the ongoing survival of the human species”
Looking at the above statements, it all points to one thing- “World Domination”. But what exactly was wrong with Weishaupt’s theory? When it was established, the Illuminati only had members who had wealth, social influence, and political power. This is no different in the organization today.
What Does The Illuminati Intend On Doing?
As we all know and as with most conspiracy theories, there is always going to be a backstory. In this case, it was proposed that the Illuminati want to bring in a “New World Order”. Though this theory was not seriously considered in the early 1990s, the emergence of the internet changed perceptions, therefore, the theory spread and began to take hold.
What Then Is This So-Called New World Order (NWO?)
The New World Order aims to consolidate sovereign nations into a larger nation that will be controlled by an “unknown” group of people. Basically, it is proposed that there is a plan to bring all nations of the world into one- where only one government rules and the same currency is used.
What Are The Occult Symbols Of The Illuminati?
Before I begin listing some of the occultic symbols associated with the Illuminati it is important to know that some symbols mentioned do have negative connotations associated with the Illuminati that some may find evil or satanic.
However, these symbols are ancient alchemical symbols that are powerful in their own right. It is only the way in which they are used that are negative and not the symbols themselves.
The Symbols Associated With The Illuminati Include:
- Triangles/Pyramids.
- Goats and goat heads.
- Pentagrams.
- All-Seeing Eyes (just like the ones on the US Bank Note)
- The Pinecone
- The Ouroboros.
- The skull
One Of The Numbers Associated Is 666:
666 can be seen as the devil’s number. (the number of the beast). But it is also the elements in the human DNA that are composed of 6 protons, 6 electrons, and 6 neutrons, which equates to 666. So in actual fact, it means “man”.
If you read the Bible in Chapter 13 of The Book of Revelation, it also reads:
“Let the one with understanding reckon the meaning of the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. His number is 666.”
This number is also connected with the planet Saturn.
The Saturn Symbol:
The planet Saturn is the most significant symbol of the occult. It is the 6th planet from the sun and the 6th day of our week. (Satur-day). Saturn can also be linked with the name Kronos/Cronos in Greek Mythology is the God of time. And given enough time, it will destroy all.
We also have 60 seconds in a minute and 60 minutes in an hour and 24 hours in a day. (2+ 4=6).
Saturn has been worshipped for thousands of years, and it’s used in many logos including the brand Nike (the tick is the ring of Saturn) and the Internet Explorer logo to name a few. Saturn is known as the Lord Of The Rings, and to this day a symbol of getting married is a gold band a symbol of the Saturn God.
The planet Saturn, if turned on an angle, can also look like the all-seeing eye, another symbol used by these secret societies often.
The hexagram which can be known as the 6 pointed star can also be a reference to Satan or Saturn. Satan can also be referenced as a goat. In astrology, each star sign is ruled by a planet. The star sign Capricorn is a symbol of a goat and is ruled by the planet Saturn.

The Monarch Mind Control or Project MK-Ultra:
Project MK-Ultra which began in 1953 as a CIA mind control program that experimented on human subjects to assess the use of LSD, and other forms of drugs that could be used to control the mind. Information was also gathered about Psychological torture.
90% of a child’s brain development happens before the age of 5 years. The elite know this, and this is why they target children between the age of 5-8 years, so then their mind is set up and programmed for the rest of their life.
Therefore MK-Ultra victims are usually children (who can be referred to by the “elite” as sex kittens). They are subject to intense trauma which can cause them to dissociate with themselves when they develop a multiple-personality disorder an alter ego. This then can allow the powers that be (known as the handlers) that work with the victims to manipulate and control their behavior.
This practice is claimed to be used in Hollywood today as the victims are used to deliver messages through the media and performances.

The Owl Symbol:
Another symbol they worship is the Owl known as Moloch (or Molech). Known from the biblical name of a Canaanite God associated with child sacrifice.
But according to illuminatioffical.org their meaning is “the creature of vigilance — a guardian who stands alert so others can rest through the night under its watchful gaze”. It is seen as a totem representing wisdom. (the owl can even be seen in the corner of every United States one-dollar bill).
Bohemian Grove and The Owl Of Molech:
Every summer the “elite” businessmen, politicians, presidents, bankers, and some celebrities and musicians are known to gather at Bohemian Grove, a 160 -acre cabin site in Redwood Forest in Monte Rio California (which is guarded with heavy security) to worship a 30-40 foot owl god they call Molech.
There they gather around a stage that can seat up to 2000 people where they perform elaborate rituals, ceremonies and are also rumored to perform mock sacrifices and engage in sex orgies.

What Do The Illuminati Believe?
According to illuminatioffical.org “The Illuminati is not a church, religion, political group, or charity organization, but an elite collective of global influencers who work to further the interests of the human species as a whole. Our decisions are independent of all human divisions, including religious and political differences. We operate solely for the benefit of the human species we have been entrusted to protect and therefore make no demands of our citizens regarding personal worship, morality, or belief”.
This sounds all well and dandy to me! But if you read more on their website, they seem to harper on about the greater good for humanity and the advancement of our species. And if they don’t believe in the all-mighty Christian God, why do they have “In God, We Trust” on the dollar bill? Or could it be their God is some would say Satan/Saturn? Or something completely different?
Let’s forget about the religious side of things for now. (as that’s a whole other article) and focus a little on how they view money which is associated with one of their symbols the pyramid.
One quote featured on their website is:
“The selfish pursuit of money is a hollow goal, but the pursuit of the goodness that money can create is one of humanity’s greatest responsibilities”.
They then go on to say…
“The greater a person’s fortune, the greater their responsibility to their fellow humans. Like the Pyramid, those with the greatest power can do the greatest good for the largest number of those below them”.
Again, this all sounds great. But if to say the richest families and businessmen in the world are controlling the world (no matter what label they call themselves) then why is there so much poverty, war, crime, greed, sickness and a system based on the richer get richer and the poor get poorer. The above statements seem to contradict their actions.
It’s known that the Illuminati or the powers that be control the following:
- The Entertainment and Music Industry. ( One of their biggest weapons to influence the mind is through brainwashing and sending subliminal messages through various forms of media and music).
- The Big Pharma Industry and FDA. (harmful vaccines, chemicals in our foods, and potentially suppressed medical cures).
- Agenda 21. (population control)
If any of the above associations with the Illuminati are true, then it seems clear they don’t have intentions for the “greater good” of humanity unless their interpretation of “the greater good” means something completely different.
What Are The Illuminati’s Goals?
We previously talked about the Illuminati bringing about a New World Order where one government will basically rule all. But how are they doing this? This is an important question, as knowing their end game and how they want to achieve it can tell us how to become more aware and in control of how we choose to live.
It is believed that these puppet masters can manipulate and gain power by creating order out of chaos. Therefore deceiving the public by creating fear, and then putting in place a “solution” that has hidden agendas. More examples are found here.
With so much information on the Illuminati and secret societies, finding their true intentions sometimes seem buried under stacks of misleading information. In saying that all you have to do is look at their actions rather than their words and connect some dots yourself.

What Does The Entertainment Industry Have To Do With It?
If I wanted to take over the world, the first place I would start is the MEDIA!
The television and smartphone are staple devices in the hands and houses of millions from all over the world. And technology is not going to stop there. These fat cats have their dirty little paws all over the major media networks and music companies. Therefore they have a significant amount of control over our screens, and in return control over our minds without having to use direct enforcement. It’s pure genius!
When we watch television or listen to music our mind is switched from beta brain waves (an active and logical state of mind) into an alpha state of mind. This is where the mind becomes more hypnotic and receptive to suggestions and subliminal messages that wouldn’t be so receptive in a Beta state of mind.
The entertainment industry plays a key role in distracting and influencing society’s opinions while creating social movements and trends. More than ever, the music and film industry’s products are normalizing over-sexualized themes, drugs, and violence.
The Illuminati also strategically place certain symbols, numbers, and subliminal messages throughout T.V, film, music, and in children’s movies that we can’t see with the naked eye. Hollywood And Celebrities:
Have you ever wondered why Hollywood was named that way?
Holly is a tree. (yes the holly we use at Chrismas time) and the wood is used from the tree branches (holly wood) to make magic wands. These holly trees were used by Wiccans. The Druids believed this holly tree had special protective powers and could ward off bad spirits.
Hollywood is the land of magic spells that “cast” their actors to help portray the messages they want the public to see.
To the druids, “the holly was their most sacred symbol because it was sacred to mother Holle or Hel, the [Norse] goddess of the underworld…thus we have Holle, or Holly-wood (Hel-wood, the “place of magic”) and home of the Illuminati’s mass propaganda and conditioning machine in California. Speculations over the years claim the most popular celebrities belong to this organization. Celebrities such as Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Kim K, Rihanna, Jay Z and a host of others have all been linked to the Illuminati. You will also notice in the media they will put one hand over their eye as an allegiance to the organization.
Jim Carrey on the Jimmy Kimmel Live Show once mocked the idea of the Illuminati while Madonna released a song titled “Illuminati” and in interviews later, she claimed to know who they were. Also, Beyonce once mentioned it in the lyrics of one of her songs plus featuring some of the images linked with Illuminati in some of her music videos.
If it’s true that certain celebrities are in this elite organization in some way or another, then to me it can either be a conscious choice in return for fame and riches or they’re clearly being controlled or manipulated like puppets on a string being pulled by the puppet masters behind the curtain that the public doesn’t see.
The Comedian Dave Chapelle sums it up in this interview. ” They’re strong people, maybe their environment is a little sick”.
Has Anybody Spoken Out?
Speaking out about the truth of the Illuminati can be dangerous territory, not only for the whistleblower themselves but their family as well. Therefore it would take some serious guts to go against the grain.
However, you’ll be surprised at how many ex Illuminati insiders or independent researchers have spoken about their revealing experiences. Some experiences include trauma-based mind control on children, Satanism, and the Governments intentions.

One entertainment businessman director and producer Aaron Russo speaks out in this interesting video clip where he reveals some experiences he had with the Rockerfella family. Later he died of bladder cancer, however, some conspiracy theorists would say he was silenced by the powers that be.
Randy Quaid:
Randy Quaid, the T.V and movie actor has openly spoken out about the powers that be and accuse them of being “star whackers”. Quaid believes one of these victims of the “star whackers” was his close friend Heath Ledger. Quaid talks more in this video.
Standley Kubrick:
The legendary film director Standley Kubrick who made the film 2001 Space Odyssey and The Shining (which both films contain clues from the inside) made his last movie Eyes Wide Shut which came out in the year 1999. This film seemed on the verge of giving away some secrets, and one character in the film says “if I told you their names I don’t think you’d sleep so well“.
Kubrick was apparently very stressed before showing Warner Brother producers his final cut, and days later Kubrick died of a “heart attack”. Then his film was then heavily edited and the original film never got to be revealed. Some say it was because the Illuminati murdered him so they could make the final edits in the film. To say that the Illuminati do silence certain celebrities to their death could most likely be done through ways that could not be proved, like exposure to dangerous radiation, mind control, drugs, and suspicious accidental deaths.
Theories about silencing celebrities who either knew too much, who started speaking out, or were used for a blood sacrifice include Whitney Houston, Prince, Heath Ledger, Marilyn Monroe, Michael Jackson, Paul Walker, and John F.Kennedy.
How many people in the U.S believe in the existence of this organization?
A survey carried out in 2013 showed that 28% of United States citizens believed in its existence, which is something we should ponder.
What Does This Have To Do With You?
By now (if you’ve made it this far!) you might be thinking, what does this have to do with me? “It doesn’t affect me, so why should I care?”.
Well, you might be surprised that the corrupt systems that are put in place will affect everyone either consciously or unconsciously depending on your self-awareness and control over your lifestyle. This is through the banking systems, medicine, media, education, religion, employment, and the food we eat and the water we drink. (I will elaborate on this more in another article).
I find people are beginning to wake up and question how certain aspects of the world have been running. However, there are still a lot of people walking around with their eyes wide shut, like sleepwalkers just trying to survive the day.
If you are more aware of the problem, then you can become more aware of a solution.
Are The Illuminati Real Or Not?
With so much propaganda, wolves in sheep’s clothing, and controlled oppositions spreading misleading information, it pays to be discerning in what you read and believe. (including this article). But ultimately if the Illuminati do have all this control, money, power, and influence that has been kept under wraps for some time, then I’m sure finding the real truth and the real game players behind the Illuminati will be very challenging.
Even though some may think the Illuminati is just a conspiracy theory, the signs, evidence and personal declarations are hard to ignore. So, in my opinion, yes, they do exist. But to what horrific extent is the question.
Or perhaps the real question is, does it even matter?
