UFO sightings have been happening around the globe for many years and are certainly nothing new. However, UFOs continue to intrigue the public as these disc-shaped flying objects are still an unknown mystery, that is linked to an extraterrestrial life force.
The question is what do these extraterrestrials want, and why is there little evidence to support the fact that UFOs indeed exist.
There are many videos of UFO sightings on the internet, and then there are stories of strange UFO sightings that have no evidence.
We have listed below 7 strange UFO sightings that can’t be explained and ultimately it’s up to you to believe if these UFO sightings are real or not.
#1. Betty and Barney Hill
Let us begin with one of the most famous yet strange alien abduction cases reported so far in history. It is better known as Betty and Barney Hill case. Reports reveal that in 1961 in September, they were driving on the road in the middle of the night at New Hampshire when suddenly a bright light started following them from the sky. Suddenly they could feel their vehicle vibrating and they started to feel a tingling sensation.
As they remember, they somehow reached home two hours later than expected in the daylight with dirty and ripped clothes. Their watches were reported to be out of order, and they were not able to remember what happened to them that night. As per the information collected by a psychiatrist in a hypnosis session with them, they were violated and probed by aliens and their memories had been removed.
Betty Hill describes her experience and what the UFO looked like in this video.
#2. The Rendlesham Forest Incident
This happening is also famous as Britain’s Rosewell, and it is believed to be one of the most popular sightings of a UFO. This incident was reported in the 1980s, and it was witnessed by U.S. military personnel. They said that some alien aircraft were observed landing in the forest area, but when the team reached the sight to investigate the truth, they found some strange hieroglyphics written on the craft. Some people consider it just a prank played by the British Military on U.S. soldiers.
#3.The disappearance of Frederick Valentich
This is the fascinating case of Frederick Valentich, an Australian Pilot, who was once enjoying a ride above the Bass Strait around 7 pm on October 21st, 1978, where suddenly he encountered something that was difficult to identify. The last radio signal received by the air control team from Frederick reveals that he saw a strange vessel in the air that was not like a usual aircraft. Well, these were the last words from the pilot, and then he disappeared with the plane forever. No one could explain what happened to Frederick or the plane, and this case still remains a mystery.
#4.The Melbourne 350
On April 6 in 1966, more than 300 students and numbers of teachers at Melbourne Westall High School reported an unbelievable sight. They all watched five plans that were trying to move to a corner. This movement in the air was recorded for a while, and then it went out of the sight of the UFO. Some reports say that a strange man wearing a black suit told all witnesses not to reveal the truth to anyone. So, there is no solid proof of the incident; even when it was witnessed by more than 300 people.
#5.The Muscarello Exeter Incident
This incident was reported at Exeter in 1965 when Norman Muscarello saw five strange lights flashing in the dense woods. Some reports reveal that that source of light ran towards him at a very fast speed. In order to save himself, Muscarello jumped into a drain. Later, police investigated the site, and they also reported the presence of the same aircraft with bright red lights. The event is now celebrated as Exeter UFO Festival, and people still remember those sightings.
#6. Broad haven primary school drawings
As per the BBC report in the year 1977, the school children reported a sighting of a UFO in the area where they were playing. Although teachers in the school didn’t believe in their story, when one of those children was asked to draw the visuals on a paper, he created a drawing that was more like a flying saucer.
#7. Lights Above the Turnpike in New Jersey
This incident was reported in the year 2001 in the middle of the night when some people watched a strange combination of yellow and orange lights for almost 15 minutes right above the Arthur Kill Waterway. Those lights were moving in a V shape, and the event was witnessed by one Carteret Police Official as well.
The Air Traffic control team later revealed that there is no chance of any military jet, airplane, or space flight creating such illusion at that time of night. However, a group of New York Strange Phenomena Investigators later claimed that they received some FAA Radar Data relating to those UFO sightings that night.
